Engineering

Senior process engineer

The senior process engineer introduces and optimises new technologies and production processes, prepares cost calculations for new products and works with the purchasing, sales and production departments. The role is based at the new site at Borská pole.

Responsibilities

  • Introducing new technologies and production processes and optimising them
  • Preparing cost calculations for new products
  • Working with the purchasing, sales and production departments
  • Contributing to quality improvement and cost reduction

What you need

  • At least 10 years' experience in a technical role in a medium-sized or large manufacturing company
  • Detailed knowledge of technologies: cutting, precision machining, EDM, grinding, forming, anodising, injection moulding, welding
  • Technical thinking and creative ability
  • Excellent knowledge of technical drawings
  • User-level PC and MS Office skills
  • Knowledge of CAD software
  • English at a conversational level
  • Ability to communicate and find solutions

The work

The plant
Every process under one roof. 3/4/5-axis milling, turning, EDM, forming, welding, anodizing, powder coating, assembly and metrology — you learn the whole chain, not one machine. Technologies
The shifts
Production runs in two- or three-shift operation, planned by our own ERP. Engineering and office roles work flexible hours.
