Production & quality

CNC machining centre operator

Operating and setting up a CNC machining centre (HAAS, Heidenhain and Mazatrol Matrix control systems) and carrying out inspection measurements of manufactured parts for the aerospace industry. The role also suits graduates and runs in three-shift operation.

Responsibilities

Operating a CNC machining centre (control systems – HAAS, Heidenhain, Mazatrol Matrix)
Setting up the CNC machine
Inspection measurement of manufactured parts
Working on state-of-the-art machines from leading global manufacturers
Work also suitable for graduates

What you need

Technical mindset and manual dexterity
Ability to read engineering technical documentation
Education in a mechanical engineering field an advantage
Knowledge of the Haas control system an advantage
Independence, reliability, flexibility
Experience in a similar role an advantage
Work in three-shift operation

Every process under one roof. 3/4/5-axis milling, turning, EDM, forming, welding, anodizing, powder coating, assembly and metrology — you learn the whole chain, not one machine. Technologies

The shifts

Production runs in two- or three-shift operation, planned by our own ERP. Engineering and office roles work flexible hours.
