CNC lathe operator

Operating and setting up a MAZAK QUICK TURN NEXUS 100-II MS CNC lathe with the Mazatrol Matrix control system and carrying out inspection measurements of parts. The role runs in three-shift operation.

Responsibilities

  • Operating and setting up a CNC lathe
  • Inspection measurement of parts
  • Working on a MAZAK QUICK TURN NEXUS 100-II MS machine (Mazatrol Matrix control system)

What you need

  • Education in mechanical engineering an advantage
  • Ability to read technical documentation
  • Technical mindset
  • Knowledge of the Mazatrol control system
  • Independence, reliability and manual dexterity
  • Experience in a similar position
  • Work in three-shift operation

The plant
Every process under one roof. 3/4/5-axis milling, turning, EDM, forming, welding, anodizing, powder coating, assembly and metrology — you learn the whole chain, not one machine. Technologies
The shifts
Production runs in two- or three-shift operation, planned by our own ERP. Engineering and office roles work flexible hours.
