MACHINED PARTS AND ASSEMBLIES
Small batches, express delivery
Fast prototype as well as the serial production, in batches of 1 or more pieces. We design and manufacture tooling for the subsequent manufacturing of parts, as well as a the final customer product. We offer the complete technological process, anodizing in the highest visual standard and final assembly. We comply with the international standard for aircraft part production.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT
Professional approach
In our production we strictly adhere to high quality standards compliant with AS/EN 9100:2018, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015. Quality assurance and continuous improvement are achieved by standardization and process control, precisely defined manufacturing supervision and controlled component validation. FAI documentation is processed for new series and samples.
PRODUCTION AND FINALIZATION OF ASSEMBLIES
Surface treatment and machining
Besides machining and final assembly of parts, we also provide welding (including for aluminium), anodizing, coating and others – all in-house. Fast make, without the need to outsource individual production steps.
PLANNING SYSTEM
Fast and flexible
Our own ERP planning system allows us to continuously monitor the efficiency of production processes and express delivery, even for small series. We can reschedule production in real time, according to your current requirements. We congregate operations, optimize costs.
MATERIALS
Immediate availability
Thanks to the global network of suppliers, we production materials are promptly available. We are prepared. In stock we have a variety of materials for the aerospace industry (such as aluminium alloys, nylon, titanium and special plastics). We are able to acquire materials according to AMS, MIL and other standards.
ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT
Parts design – optional batch size
We have our own design department. We are ready to process the customer requirement from design, construction, simulation, prototyping, all the way to the final product.
